On 21 March 2013, the Rathgill youth came together in conjunction with the PCSP ( Policing Community Safety Partnership ) and the North Down Community Practitioners Forum for the launch of a new Antisocial Behaviour programme.

This took place in the Signals Centre and below we have some photographs of this very successful event.
