Northern Ireland.  North Down Borough Council is the lead partner assisting DSD

Partnerships have been established, one for Kilcooley and one combining the
other areas of North Down.  Each Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership is made up of

deliver services. Together, they have developed long term vision and action
plans designed to improve the quality of life for those living in the
area.
